Abstract/Summary:
Spasm is a sequela of brain injury.The reason is the brain nerve and lower reflex circuit damage,then cause the brain to abnormal muscle control.Spasm increased muscle tension and the tendon reflex in clinical practice.Stroke caused many deaths every year,even if the patient was rescued, they will be disability because of sequelae-spasm.It not only brought pain to the patient, but also to the patients’family and society a heavy burden.With the improvement of living standards, people have higher requirements on the quality of life what forced researchers to study better spasm treatment.In this paper, the quantitative evaluation of spasm as the target,We designed a quantitative assessment of equipment for the spasm of upper limbs.The main content of this study relates to the following contents:The paper researched the causes and clinical manifestations of spasm, expounded the present situation of existing recovery technology in spastic rehabilitation.Analysed and evaluated of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing evaluation methods,according to the clinical manifestations of spasm made a quantitative assessment method.Based on man-machine engineering,we designed the structure of the equipment for quantitative evaluation.In structure design, using the encoder and the torque sensor as the sensing part to collect patients’ pathological features;Using stepper motor and electric putter as adjusting device, in order to adapt to the different body of patient;In order to the accuracy and stability of measurement, making the balance simulation and deformation analysis for the key components and structure;In order to the safety of operation, multilevel protection device was arranged in the structure.Designing a computer control system.By changing the speed, force, angle of equivalent, the operator can control the running state of the equipment;In the operation process of the equipment, the controller transmits torque, angle and other parameters to the monitor for the operator to observe the detection process easily.There is no quantitative equipment of assessment for spasm in clinical practice,so the device has the advantages of innovation.In the detection and evaluation of spasm, it reduces the work intensity of the medical personnel and improve the detection efficiency.because of the quantitative assessment of spam can be parametric.it improve the accuracy of detection.
