| ObjectiveIn order to explore more scientific treatment of stroke,the acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation treatment of stroke recovery of upper limb spasticity,and observe its clinical therapeutic effect from different aspects and different angles,to explore and analyze the basic function of the treatment principle,through the treatment of this disease in clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future provide reference.MethodThe recovery period of 60 patients from January 2015 to December2016 in the Department of rehabilitation medicine of Huangshi Central Hospital in accordance with the terms of the stroke,the research methods are divided into two groups,acupuncture rehabilitation group adopt acupuncture(including body acupuncture and scalp acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation)(including muscle stretching technology,occupational therapy,electronic biofeedback therapy),simple rehabilitation group the only modern rehabilitation therapy(including muscle stretching techniques,occupational therapy,electronic biofeedback therapy),30 cases in each.In acupuncture treatment,the operation procedure and the prescription of acupoint selection are consistent,and the treatment time is 8 weeks.All the participants were treatedaccording to the prescription in the course of the treatment and were not allowed to receive any form of treatment other than the prescription.Observe the middle and observe the beginning and the end,make evaluation for clinical efficacy,and to observe the clinical neurological impairment score(CSS)to evaluate the neurological condition;observation of Ashworth muscle tension improved assessment,to determine the upper limb muscle spasticity;through Fugl-Meyer(FMA)rating scale observations to that the functional status of patients with upper limb assessment;Barthel Index(BI),which were measured in patients with activities of daily living(ADL);and the comprehensive analysis and comparison of two groups,take the clinical efficacy of this observation of statistical analysis of the corresponding data.Result1.CSS result comparison: two groups of patients CSS,after the corresponding treatment has improved,through statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference(P<0.O5).The two groups showed marked improvement in signs and clinical symptoms.It can be seen from the analysis that the therapeutic effect of modern rehabilitation group is more prominent than that of modern rehabilitation group.Comparison of 2.grade modified Ashworth muscle tension: two groups of patients after treatment of upper limb muscle tension decreased,muscle tension before and after acupuncture rehabilitation group,with significant differences indicated(P<0.01);the same simple before and after modern rehabilitation group muscle tension control,and the difference is significant compared(P<0.05).The muscle tension of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the difference showed extremely significant(P<0.01).The data show that the modern rehabilitation group can significantly reduce the upper limb flexor muscle tensionin the recovery stage of stroke,and its curative effect is better than that of the modern rehabilitation group.3.Fugl-Meyer(FMA)score comparison: two groups of patients after treatment,upper limb function were improved,before and after acupuncture modern rehabilitation group FMA score of the control,the difference has very obvious correlation significance(P<0.01);after simple modern rehabilitation group FMA score,there are significant differences between(P<0.05).The scores of FMA in the two groups after treatment were significantly different between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Therefore,the therapeutic effect of the modern rehabilitation group is better than that of the modern rehabilitation group,and the modern rehabilitation group can obviously improve the function of the upper limb in the convalescent stage of the stroke.4.the two groups of patients BI compared: after the relevant diagnosis and treatment,the two groups of patients with ADL showed betterThe trend was compared with the BI of the modern rehabilitation group before and after the acupuncture,which indicated that the difference had obvious contrast meaning(P<0.01).Compared with the BI in the simple and modern rehabilitation group,the difference had obvious contrast meaning(P<0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment BI score comparison,the difference was very significant contrast(P<0.01).It shows that the modern rehabilitation group can greatly improve the daily living ability of the convalescent patients with stroke,and the curative effect is better than that of the modern rehabilitation group.5.clinical curative effect comparison: Acupuncture and modern rehabilitation group of 30 cases,of which 4 cases were cured,18 cases markedly effective,5 cases improved,3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 90%;modern rehabilitation group casesand 30 cases,including 0 cases were recovered,8 cases were markedly effective,10 cases is improved,12 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 60%.By statistical test,the total effective rate of the two groups was relative,the difference was significant(P<0.O5).We can see that the therapeutic effect of the modern rehabilitation group is better than that of the modern rehabilitation group.conclusionThe clinical observation results indicated that recovery of upper limb spasticity of acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients,treatment effect,stroke in patients with CSS can be effectively improved in the recovery period,patients with upper limb muscle tension can be effectively reduced,can significantly improve the functional recovery of upper limb spasticity in patients with stage stroke,improve patient ADL.The overall effect is better than simple modern rehabilitation,is a worthy of clinical promotion up,treatment is worthy of further study of the treatment effect is clear. |
