Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment of upper extremity SPASm after stroke by the technique of blade needle detachment, and to compare with the Jing jin acupuncture,in order to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of post-stroke limb paralysis and subsequent multi-center,large-sample study. Methods:Randomized and controlled clinical research methods were used to encode the random numbers generated by SPSS 20.0 statistical software, and concealed by the envelope method. The subjects were randomly divided into the blade needle group and the Jing jin acupuncture group, and combined with conventional internal medicine and rehabilitation. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks according to different interventions. The modified Ashworth Rating Scale,Simplify the Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation scale,Revised Barthel Index and Evaluation of clinical neurological deficit score in stroke patients were used to evaluate the efficacy before treatment,at the end of treatment and follow-up.Results:1.The results of MAS scale evaluation showed that the MAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(p<0.01).The difference between the two groups at the two points was lower than that of the control group(p < 0.01).2.At the end of follow-up,there was no statistical difference between the MAS scores of the two groups compared with those after treatment, but they were significantly lower than before treatment(p<0.01).Compared with the acupuncture group, the tension of the needle-needle group waslower than that of the acupuncture group.Lower, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).The scores of FMA,BI and CSS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the difference was not compared with that after treatment.Statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.The effect of the blade needle detachment technique on the muscle tension of SPAS patients is safe, effective and well-adhered to the treatment of limbs in patients with stroke.2.The results of FMA,BI and CSS scales showed that the FMA,BI and CSS scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment and at the end of follow-up compared with before treatment(P<0.01).The experimental group had statistical difference(p<0.01)compared with the improvement of the control group at 2 time points.
