Clinical Observation On Ear Pressure Combined With The Blood-letting Puncture Therapy Treatment Of Gastrointestinal Syndrome Of Chronic Urticaria

Purpose The clinical efficacy of the treatment group(ear pressure combined with puncture and bloodletting)in treating gastrointestinal moist heat type chronic urticaria was evaluated by comparison with the control group(conventional acupuncture).Methods Seventy-two patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by random number table,36 in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with ear pressure combined with puncture and bloodletting treatment;the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Both groups recorded the symptoms and signs scores,quality of life scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before the start of treatment and after the end of 6 weeks of treatment,to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results(1)There were 72 patients in the two groups.After 6 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was cured in 9 cases,16 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 3 cases were invalid in the treatment group,the total effective rate was91.67%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were ineffective and 9 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 75%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).(2)After 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs,total score,DLQI score and TCM symptom score of the treatment group and the control group were lower than before treatment(p<0.05);(3)The scores of the two groups of symptoms and signs and the total scores were compared between groups.There were statistical significance(p<0.05)in the number of wheals,frequency of attacks,degree of itching,and total scores.There was no statistically significant difference in time and edema(p>0.05).There was a difference between the DLQI scores(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the TCM symptom scores(p>0.05).Conclusion(1)The combination of ear pressure combined with puncture bloodletting and conventional acupuncture for chronic urticaria is effective,and the effect of ear pressure combined with puncture and bloodletting is better than conventional acupuncture;(2)Ear pressure combined with puncture bloodletting and conventional acupuncture have a good effect on improving patients' quality of life and improving symptoms of TCM symptoms.Among them,ear pressure combined with puncture and bloodletting is superior in improving quality of life;The effect of ear pressure combined with puncture and bloodletting is more prominent in the number of wheals,frequency of attack,and degree of itching.It is equivalent to the effect of conventional acupuncture group in improving the size,duration and degree of edema of wheal.
