Purpose:To evaluate efficacy, safety and compliance of treaments by opposing needling combined with lacal blood-letting puncture and conventional acupuncture combined with lacal blood-letting puncture for periarthritis of shoulder due to syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods:Under the rigorous random, contrast research method,72 patients whose situation matches the standard that we need were divided into 2 groups(The treatment group and control group) on average.Result:1. Two groups based on gender, age, course of disease and state of periarthritis of shoulder(including Visual analogue, Constant-Murley) had no statistically significant differences (P>0.05), with comparability.2.Two groups each based on Visual analogue, Constant-Murley before and after had significant differences compared with their own(P<0.05).3. Two groups based on the daily activity had significant differences compared with their own(P<0.05),Visual analogue,The pain score.range of motion score and muscle power in Constant-Murley had no statistically significant differences (.P>0.05) after 2 course of treatment.4. Total efficacy evaluation:in the treatment group, recovered 11 cases,17 cases improved, and 6 cases were invalid, the total effective rate 82.35%; in the control group,18 cases cured,12 cases improved, and 5 caseswere invalid, the total effective rate 85.71%.Two groups had no statistically significant differences (P>0.05), with comparability.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture treated on both opposing needling combined with lacal blood-letting puncture and conventional acupuncture combined with lacal blood-letting puncture had curative effects on periarthritis of shoulder due to syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.2. The Visual analogue and the pain score, range of motion score and muscle power in Constant-Murley of acupuncture treated on periarthritis of shoulder both opposing needling combined with lacal blood-letting puncture and conventional acupuncture combined with lacal blood-letting puncture had the same effect, the daily activity in Constant-Murley of opposing needling combined with lacal blood-letting puncture treated periarthritis of shoulder was better than conventional acupuncture combined with lacal blood-letting puncture treat periarthritis of shoulder.3.Both of the two methods had a safe curative effect and good compliance in patients. |
