Clinical Study Of Lizhong Jiangni Tongji Decoction In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Thoracic Facet Joint Disorders

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Lizhong Jiangnitongji Prescription in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease with thoracic facet joint disorder,and explore a new method for treating gastroesophageal reflux disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Forty-four patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and thoracic facet joint disorder diagnosed in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,22 cases(7males and 15 females)were treated with omeprazole combined with chiropractic therapy,while in the experimental group,22 cases(10 males and 12 females)were treated with omeprazole combined with Lizhong Jiangni Tongji recipe.The above two groups were treated for four weeks at the same time.GerdQ score and TCM syndrome score were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups after the second and fourth weeks of treatment.Result:The GerdQ score of the experimental group decreased after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,and the symptoms improved with statistical significance(P<0.05);the GerdQ score of the control group decreased after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,and the symptoms improved with statistical significance(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those before,and the improvement of symptoms was significant(P<0.05);after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment in the control group,the scores of TCM symptoms were lower than those before,and the improvement of symptoms was obvious(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups at 2 weeks and 4 weeks(P>0.05).The cure rate was 4.5%,marked efficiency 36.4%,effective rate 54.5%,inefficiency 4.5%and total effective rate 95.5%in the experimental group after 4 weeks treatment,while the cure rate was 4.5%,marked efficiency 31.8%,effective rate 40.9%,inefficiency 22.7%and total effective rate 77.3%in the control group after 4 weeks treatment.After chi-square test,there was no significant difference in the rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Lizhong Jiangnitongji Decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease with thoracic facet joint disorder is similar to that of chiropractic therapy;the possibility of thoracic facet joint disorder should be taken into account in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease with back pain.
