Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Of Mongolian Medicine For Lumbar Facet Joint Disorder

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical symptoms of the treatment of lumbar vertebra facet disorder by observing the acupuncture method of Mongolian medicine and lumbar slant plate method,compare the clinical effects of the two treatment methods,and evaluate the clinical effect of the acupuncture method of Mongolian medicine.Provide a clinical basis for the promotion of lumbar facet joint disorder technology.METHODS: A total of 66 patients with lumbar facet joint disorder(including 6 cases of shedding)that met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were collected from the International Mongolian Medical Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.They were divided into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Mongolian acupuncture,once a day for a total of 7 treatments.The control group was treated with lumbar slant plate reduction,3 times a week for a total of 3 times.Before and after treatment,and immediately after treatment and 1 month after treatment,visual analog score(VAS)was used to evaluate the efficacy.After collecting and summarizing,use statistical software SPSS 23.0 Statistical analysis was performed to compare the difference in efficacy between the two groups.RESULT:(1)Before the treatment,the general data,VAS scores and ODI index of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(2)After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the analysis and comparison(P>0.05).It shows that both treatment methods have clinical effects.(3)Compare the VAS score before treatment with the VAS score after treatment and 1 month after treatment,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score after treatment and the treatment of the two groups of patients The 1-month VAS scores were compared between groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Compare the ODI index of the two groups of patients before treatment with the ODI index after the treatment and 1 month after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the ODI index of the two groups of patients after treatment and after treatment The 1-month ODI index was statistically significant when compared between groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The Mongolian medicine acupuncture method and lumbar slant plate method have a good clinical effect on the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorders.However,the Mongolian medicine acupuncture method is more effective in relieving pain and improving dysfunction.After a month of follow-up,the Mongolian medicine acupuncture method has a longer clinical effect.
