Objective:To analyze the effect of SheganMahuang Decoction on asthmatic mice model of airwa y remodeling and the expression of TGF-?1 and 1L-17AMethods:90 BALB/c mice,male,were divided into 6 groups:control group(A group),model group(B group),dexamethasone group(C group),Shegan Mahuang Decoction group low dose group,dose group(D group)Shegan Mahuang Decoction group(E group),Shegan Mahuang Decoction group the high dose group(F group).The groups except group A with ovalbumin(OVA)sensitization combined with aluminium hydroxide,and with different doses of dexamethasone,Shegan Mahuang Decoction treatment.The lung tissue of mice by microscope,observe the degree of airway remodeling and bronchial smooth muscle thickness,bronchial wall thickness;from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa)to detect the expression of 1L-17A BALF in TGF-?1,lung homogenate in.Results:(1)B,C,D,E,F group TGF-?1 expression than in the A group were increased(P<0.05),F group TGF-?1 expression increased compared with D and E group,there was significant(P<0.05),F group and C group,no significant difference(P>0.05),D group and E group had no significant difference(P>0.05);(2)B,C,D,E,F group compared with A group the expression of 1L-17A were increased(P<0.05),F group,1L-17A expression increased compared with D,E group,there was significant(P<0.05),F group and C group,no significant difference(P>0.05),D compared with group E group had no significant difference(P>0.05);(3)B,C,D,E,F group,the bronchial wall thickness and the thickness of airway smooth muscle were thicker than that in A group(P<0.05),F group,E group,D thickening amplitude is low,there is significant(P<0.05),F group and C group,no significant difference(P>0.05),D group and E group had no significant difference(P>0.05);(4)the expression of 1L-17A and TGF-?1 expression and tracheal morphology(bronchial wall thickness,the thickness of airway smooth muscle)correlation analysis,positive correlation between the expression of 1L-17A and TGF-beta 1 expression and tracheal morphology.Conclusion:(1)there were high expression of TGF-?1 and 1L-17A and airway remodeling in model asthmatic mice.(2)Shegan Mahuang Decoction can inhibit pulmonary TGF-?1,the expression of 1L-17A,reduce the thickness of bronchial wall and smooth muscle thickness.(3)Shegan Mahuang Decoction can decrease the expression of TGF-?1,1L-17A to inhibit airway remodeling,which play a role in treatment of asthma.
