Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Lishui Decoction Based On The Theory Of "Blood-water Correlation" In Treating Acute Ankle Sprain

Objective:By observing the effect of Huoxue Lishui decoction on VAS score,swelling degree and AOFAS ankle function score of acute ankle sprain,the clinical effect of Huoxue Lishui Recipe on acute ankle sprain was observed and analyzed.Method:From June 2017 to December 2018,65 patients with acute ankle sprain who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(32 cases).The treatment group was given routine treatment,and then oral Huoxue Lishui Formula No.1.The control group was given routine treatment,then Huoxue Zhitong Capsule was given orally.VAS score and swelling degree were assessed before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment respectively.AOFAS ankle-hind foot score was assessed before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:(1)VAS score:intra-group comparison:VAS score of the two groups gradually decreased with the change of course of treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01);inter-group comparison:VAS score after 3 days of treatment,1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group had the same effect on the improvement of pain,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Swelling degree:Intra-group comparison:the swelling degree of the two groups gradually decreased with the course of treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01);inter-group comparison:after 3 days of treatment,the swelling degree of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The swelling degree of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)AOFAS ankle-hind foot score:Intra-group comparison:Pain,function and autonomous activity,support,maximum walking distance,ground walking,abnormal gait,front and back movement,hind foot activity and total score in treatment group and control group were significantly higher than those in front(P<0.01).The stability of hind ankle and foot alignment in treatment group were significantly higher than those in front(P<0.01).Statistical significance(P<0.05),while the stability of ankle,hind foot and alignment of foot in the control group were also higher than those in the previous group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the total score,maximum walking distance,function,autonomous activity and support in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:Under the guidance of "blood-water correlation" theory,Huoxue Lishui decoction has a remarkable effect on acute ankle sprain,which is better than Huoxue Zhitong capsule in general.The theory of blood-water correlation can be used as one of the basic theories to guide the treatment of acute ankle sprain,to guide clinical medication,and to broaden the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
