The Clinical Efficacy Of The Principle Of POLICE Combined With Traumatic Medcine Water In The Treatment Of Acute Ankle Sprain

Objective: To explore the short-term clinical efficacy of POLICE principle combined with Traumatic medcine water in the treatment of acute lateral collateral ligament of the ankle with I and II degree injury.Methods: Choose from May 2016 to March 2018 admitted during visits conforms to the dignosis of 83 cases of patients,eliminate and fall will be treated 78 patients with dignosis in midical order,in turn,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,to evaluate the changes of VAS scores,Kofoed scores,swelling degree,subcutaneous ecchymosis and tenderness before and the after the third,the seventh,the fourteenth and the thirty.Results: There was no significant difference in the curative effect at the time of treatment and treatment for third days.Compared with the experimental group and the control group,the symptoms of the injured limb gradually improved in the experimental group and the control group.Especially in the treatment of seventh days,14 days,30 days,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: POLICE principle combined with tramatic medicine water in the treatment of acute ankle lateral collateral ligament I and II degree injury has good clinical effect.Tramatic medicine water can play an effective role in skin penetration and relieve pain,swelling and ecchymosis of patients.It can recover function and reduce complications early,and return to daily life as early as possible.
