Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beat Of Coronary Heart Disease With Acupoint Embedding Needle

Objective:By comparing the clinical effect difference between embedded needling and ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of premature ventricular beats of coronary heart disease,the effectiveness of embedded needling in the treatment of ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease was evaluated,and the basis for the clinical treatment of ventricular premature beats was provided.Methods:66 patients with ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.On the basis of conventional western medicine,the treatment group received embedded needling treatment,and the control group received routine acupuncture treatment,with 33 cases in each group.The Holter,ECG results,TCM symptom score and Myerburg grading of patients were compared,and the curative effect was evaluated by statistical analysis.Results:1.The number of Holter ventricular premature beats:Both groups could significantly reduce the number of Holter ventricular premature beats(P<0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was 87.9%,the control group was 69.7%,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Electrocardiograph results:The total effective rate was 39.4%in the treatment group and 33.3%in the control group,and there was no statistical significance in the two groups(P>0.05).3.TCM symptom score:Both groups could significantly improve the total TCM symptom score and individual scores(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in improving palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath,dizziness and overall symptoms(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the improvement effect of chest pain,irritability,insomnia compared with the control group(P>0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and that of the control group was 81.8%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Myerburg grading score:Both groups could significantly reduce Myerburg grading score(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint acupuncture can significantly improve the number of premature beats,total TCM symptom score and Myerburg grading score of ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease.Although the improvement effect on ECG results is not good,the overall curative effect is better than ordinary acupuncture.
