Professerliu Li Clinic Resrarch On Coronary Heart Disease Ventricular Premayuer Beat

Objective:To collect and sort out the clinical records of Professor Liu Li in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular premature beat(VPB),and to summarize the treatment methods and prescriptions of Professor Liu Li in the treatment of VPB.Summarize Professor Liu Li’s clinical experience and academic thoughts.Method:From January 2013 to January 2018,the medical records of 535 patients with ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease in the outpatient clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and analyzed according to the principle of combination of syndromes and prescriptions.By analyzing the classic cases of Professor Liu Li’s application of various treatment methods,the author summarizes the dialectical thinking and the characteristics of drug use by Professor Liu Li.Results:1.According to the principle of combination of syndromes and prescriptions,combined with professor Liu Li’s clinical experience,the five methods of treating coronary heart disease(CHD)were summarized as follows:Yiqi Huoxue Ningxin(Yiqi Huoxue Ningxin)and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction(Astragalus Guizhi Wuwu decoction);Nourishing yin and activating blood circulation and Ningxin method,treating with ginseng paeoniflorin powder and broiled licorice decoction as the basic prescription;soothing liver and activating blood circulation Ningxin method,treating with Bupleurum plus Oyster soup and Chaihu Shugan Powder as the basic prescription;resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation and calming heart method,The treatment is based on Guilou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Huanglian Wendan decoction,warming Yang Huoxue Ningxin method,Guizhi licorice keel Oyster soup and Rehmannia decoction.2.10 pairs of common drugs for the treatment of ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease were summed up by Professor Liu Li:the participation of the prince of Astragalus membranaceus,the prince of Taichi,Poria and cinnamon branch,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Rhizoma maikasi,Salvia miltiorrhiza and 37,Salvia miltiorrhiza and sandalwood,bupleurum and tulip,keel and oyster,tuckahoe and poria.3.To explore the three aspects of professor Liu Li ’ s academic thought for the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular premature beat:the blood stasis runs through the disease all the time;Loss of qi and blood,palpitation and birth;The combination of symptoms and evidence attaches great importance to "he" law.Conclusions:1.Professor Liu Li in the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular premature beat to promote blood circulation five methods:Yiqi Huoxue Ningxin method;Ziyin Huoxue Ningxin method;Shugan Huoxue Ningxin method;warming Yang Huoxue Ning heart method.2.Professor Liu Li in the treatment of ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease:Tai Zi participated in Astragalus membranaceus,Taizi participated in Acacia skin,tuckahoe and cinnamon branch,Salvia miltiorrhiza and white curl root,Salvia miltiorrhiza and gagin,Danshen and 37,Salvia miltiorrhiza and sandalwood,bupleurum and tulip,keel and oyster,tuckahoe and poria.3.Professor Liu Li’s academic thought on the treatment of ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease:blood stasis throughout the disease;Qi and blood disharmony,palpitation is born;combination of disease and syndrome,pay attention to "he" method.
