The Study On Medication Principle Of Professor Ding Shuwen Curing Ventricular Premature Beat

Objective:Using the system of TCM inheritance to analyze the medication principle of Professor Ding Shuwen Curing Ventricular premature beat.Methods:Collecting the prescriptions that prescribed by Professor Ding Shuwen used for Ventricular premature beat, then entry the data into the TCM inheritance system, by using principle analysis, revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze composing principles.Results: Based on the analysis of 120 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among herbs included in the database are computed,12 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions are mined from the database.Conclusions: Based on the analysis of Prof. Ding Shuwen’s clinical medication,the chief drugs used by Prof. Ding Shuwen in ventricular premature beat treatment are tonic medicine herbs, heat-clearing herbs, herbs for invigorating blood circulation. It is concluded that the basic pathogenesis of ventricular premature beat are qi and Yin deficiency, heat, blood stasis resistance inside by the use of herbs.
