Objective:To observe the improvement of cardiac function and quality of life of patients with cardiac insufficiency after PCI for acute myocardial infarction by sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, and to highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation for patients after PCI.Methods:Seventy patients with cardiac insufficiency after PCI for acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group(35 cases each).Treatment group: on the basis of basic western medicine treatment, plus Chinese medicine sequential therapy. The treatment course of both groups was 60 days, and the scores of TCM syndrome scale,BNP value, cardiopulmonary exercise, and sf-36 quality of life table were statistically analyzed and compared,6 minute walk test,EF value. Results: The TCM syndrome scores of both the treatment group and the control group were improved(P<0.05)Better than the control group;BNP in both the treatment group and the control group was improved(P<0.05),and the comparison between the treatment group and the control group was superior.Cardiopulmonary exercise was improved in both the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group.Sf-36 quality of life table scores of both treatment group and control group were improved(P<0.05),and the comparison between groups was better than the control group. Both the treatment group and the control group showed improvement in the 6-minute walking test(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group.EF values of the treatment group and the control group were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the prevention and treatment of cardiac insufficiency after PCI of acute myocardial infarction is better than that of basic treatment of western medicine alone.
