ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and compound rate of treating liver-stomach-disharmony non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)by uing traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine sequential therapy through the method of evidence-based medicine. To compare with the curative effect which was only treated by western medicine. To investigate the clinical efficacy and feasibility of the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease by Chinese medicine and western medicine sequential therapy.Method:According to the principle of random single blind control, patients who were diagnosed as hepatic and gastric heat retention type NERD were collected from the outpatient department and inpatient department of baoan district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in shenzhen, guangdong province from April 1,2016 to October 31,2016.In signing the informed consent "under the premise of strictly according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion cri teria and exclusion criteria screening patients 72 cases, using the random digit grouping method,72 cases of eligible subjects were divided into observation group(36)and control group(36),the observation group with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)from party and subtract combined western medicine(esomeprazole sodium, among them into the group to 2 weeks of daily use western medicine treatment, treatment 3 weeks to 4 weeks taking western medici ne every other day, treatment of 5 weeks to 8 weeks of every 2,taking western medicine treatment, course of 8 weeks),the control group using wes tern medicine therapy(treatment of daily use).Observing two groups of patients before treatment.,treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment.,clinical symptoms, adopt the gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(GerdQ)and Chinese medicine syndrome symptoms integral quantization table of the questionnaire score, will be obtained through statistical analysis of clinical data, comparison of two groups of Gerd symptoms integral,TCM symptoms curative effect and the individual points to improve the situation.Result:1.GerdQ score:there was no significant difference between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).GerdQ score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Intra-group comparison showed that the GerdQ score of the observation group was still significantly lower(P<0.01)when the PPI medication frequency was reduced.2.TCM symptom efficacy:clinical efficacy:the clinical efficacy of the two groups was similar after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05);the clinical efficacy of the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);the clinical efficacy of the observation group after 8 weeks of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Intra-group comparison showed that the clinical efficacy of the observation group was still significantly increased(P<0.01)when the frequency of PPI medication was reduced. In terms of total effective rate, the total effective rate was similar between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).Intra-group comparison showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was still significantly higher(P<0.01)when the PPI medication frequency was reduced.3.Main symptom scores of TCM symptoms:after 2 weeks of treatment, the two groups had similar efficacy in improving heartburn, acid regurgitation and poststernal pain(P>0.05),and the observation group had better improvement in heartburn than the control group(P<0.05),but no significant difference in improving acid regurgitation and poststernal pain(P>0.05).The improvement of heartburn, acid regurgitation and poststernal pain in the observati on group was significantly better than that in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).Intra-group comparison showed that the score of major symptoms in the observation group was still significantly lower(P<0.05)when the frequency of PPI medication was reduced.4.Secondary symptom score of TCM:the improvement of chest distension and tightness in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01)after 2 weeks of treatment, and the effects of other secondary symptoms in the two groups were similar.Treatment group to improve breast bilges frowsty about 4 weeks(P<0.01),dry mouth, mouth pain(P<0.01),nausea ou(P<0.01),changes in defecation(P<0.01)than cont rol group, treatment group to improve breast bilges frowsty about eight weeks(P<0.05),belching(P<0.05),dry mouth, mouth pain(P<0.01),foreign body sensation of the throat(P<0.01),changes in defecation(P<0.01),abdominal distention(P<0.01),emotional(P<0.05)than the control group.Intra-group comparison showed that the score of secondary symptoms in the observation group were still significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:This experi mental study shows that t he sequential treatment of tradi tional Chinese and western medicine for non-erosi ve reflux disease(liver-stomach-disharmony)has a better improvement in the main symptoms of reflux and the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine than the western medicine group, and can reduce the recurrence rate.It is safe and worthy of further study and application in clinic.
