Clinical Observation Of Guo's Traditional Chinese Medicine Sequential Therapy In The Treatment Of Ovarian Reserve

Objective To evaluate the effect of Guo shi sequential therapy on diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).Analysis the theory basis of the treatment and the pathogenesis.Summarize the clinical experience and make it promoted.Methods Useing Guo shi sequential therapy to cure 56 women with DOR for 3 months,and take down the menstrual conditions,modified Kupperman index grade and the female hormone status before and after the treatment.Results(1)In 56 cases,The shortest course of disease is 1 month,the longest is 10 years,and the average course of disease is 2.8 years.The age range from 26 to 39,and the average age is 34.1 years old,there is 3.5%of them under the age of 28 years old,41.1%of them between 28 years old and 35 years old,55.4%of them between 35 years old and 40 years old,and the age of 35 years old make up with 28.6%of it.(2)After the treatment,the total effective rate of menstrual conditions is 92.3%,There were 22 patients got pregnant after the treatment,accounted for 39.3%with 17of them born alive,and 5 patients end up with embryo stop.The treatment time on average is 4.23 months.(3)The seven highest risk factors of DOR is history of less sex(85.7%),quick temper(80.4%),mental stress(78.6%),unsatisfactory sex(69.6%),less of exercises(66.1%),long-term depression(58.9%),stay up late(58.9%)?(4)The grade of the modified Kupperman index is significantly reduced,and the main clinical symptoms,such as hot flash,paresthesia,insomnia,rage,dizziness,fatigue,joint pain,headache,sexual hypoactivity,urinary infection,the cold and soreness of the waist showed significant differences before and after the treatment(P<0.05).(5)The level of FSH?FSH/LH in groups of FSH>10IU/L?FSH/LH>2 are significantly reduced after the treatment.(P<0.05)(6)Both sides of the ovary biggest section length to diameter,short diameter are increased after the treatment.The maximum length to diameter of the right ovarian had significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.05),while the others had no significant difference before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions(1)The disease of DOR has the youth oriented tendency,so doctor Guo suggest women to have their babies before 35 years old,and if she got delayed menstruation,irregular menstruation and so on before 40 years old,she is suggested to chest her ovarian function to find out if she had DOR or POF.Make sure that do early prevention,early detection,early treatment in clinical.(2)Women should avoid the high risk factors of DOR such as hot flash,paresthesia,insomnia,rage,dizziness,fatigue,joint pain,headache,sexual hypoactivity.They should also take care of the ovarian function if injection and the radiotherapy is necessary.(3)Useing Guo shi sequential therapy for 3 months can effectively improve the menstrual conditions,modified Kupperman index grade,the female hormone status and the maximum length to diameter of the right ovarian before and after the treatment.Guo shi Traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy has a good effect on curing DOR,and devices to be popularized.
