Clinical Observation On Sequential Therapy Of "Quxiefuzheng" In Traditional Chinese Medicine For Recurrent Genital Herpes

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine "Qu Xie Fu Zheng" sequential therapy on recurrent genital herpes(RGH).Methods: Sixty patients with clinical diagnosis of recurrent genital herpes were randomly divided into a treatment group and two control groups.The treatment group used the sequential therapy of "Quxiefuzheng" of traditional Chinese medicine,that is,oral gentian diarrhea during the onset of the disease Liver granules combined with placebo tablets,even for 7 days,taking Zhibaidihuang pills for 28 days in the recovery period;control group Ⅰ was given acyclovir tablets with placebo(granule)for7 days,and then taken orally Zhibai Dihuang Pills for 28 days;control group II was given oral acyclovir tablets with oral placebo(granule)for7 days,followed by oral placebo(pill)for 28 days.Compare the symptoms and signs scores of the above three groups after 7 days of treatment,determine the recent clinical efficacy of each group,and record the relapse and adverse reactions of the patients after 35 days of medication,and follow up for 12 months by telephone to compare the relapse rate and judgment of each group Its long-term efficacy.Results: 1.The scores of symptoms and signs of the three groups were similar before treatment(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the scores of the three groups decreased compared with the previous ones,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).The scores of the treatment group were more obvious than those of the other two groups It should be low and comparable(P<0.05);2.After 7 days of treatment,the cure rates of the 3 groups were 90.0%,60.0%,and 55.0%,respectively.The comparison shows that the cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the other 2 groups(P<0.05)),that is,the short-term efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the other two groups;3.During the late follow-up period of 12 months,the cure rates of the three groups were 82.35%,55.56%,and 41.18%,respectively.The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than the other 2 groups;4.No obvious adverse reactions in each group.Conclusion: In the sequential therapy of "Fuzheng Quxie" in traditional Chinese medicine,taking Longdanxiegan granules can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of recurrent genital herpes.Taking Zhibaidihuang pills afterwards can significantly reduce the recurrence frequency of the disease.After that,there were no obvious adverse reactions.The combination of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine has significant advantages over Western medicine alone or Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine.
