Clinical Study On Treating Mild Vascular Dementia With The Method Of Benefitting Marrow And Detoxification

Objective: This subject aims to base on the brain theory,to deeply discuss the pathogenic key of Sui Xu Du Sun,and study the effectiveness by using the method of benefitting marrow and detoxification in the treatment of mild vascular dementia,which proposed by professor zhao jianjun?Methods: In this study,72 patients with mild vascular dementia were screened out from the encephalopathy clinic of the first affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine between January 2018 and June 2018,Randomized controls were divided into two groups,The treatment group was treated with self-made granules of benefitting marrow and detoxification combined with Aricept,The control group was given Aricept.The patients were treated for 3 months and followed up for 6 months,The scores and effects of MMSE,ADL and SDSVD were observed before,after treatment and follow-up.Results: The test showed that there were statistically significant differences in MMSE scores between the treatment and control groups at follow-up as well as after treatment(p<0.05).The increase of scores in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There are statistically significant differences in ADL scores between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05),as well as during follow-up(p<0.01).The reduction of scores in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There were statistically significant differences in SDSVD scores between the two groups after treatment(p<0.01).And the treatment group was more effective than the control group.The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,especially in kidney essence deficiency model?sputum turbid blocking aperture and stasis blocking channels.Conclusion: It is safe and effective to treat mild vascular dementia with the method of benefitting marrow and detoxification?...
