Objective: using the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)to explore the method of marrow effectiveness and mechanism of vascular dementia rats.Methods: 1.The first selection for control group,10 rats from building successful selected 50 rats,were randomly divided into model group,western medicine group,high dose group,Chinese medicine Chinese medicine dose group,low dose group(n = 10).Building 72 h after give medicine,western medicine group was given donepezil HCL solution,high,medium and low dose group were given amount of high,medium and low concentration antler extract,model group and control group was given equal normal saline lavage,for four weeks.Water maze experiment: using water maze experiment to test the behavior of rats.The water maze experiment is mainly divided into directional navigation experiments and space exploration experiments.Using the enzyme linked immunosorption(ELISA)to detect the expression of VEGF in the hippocampus of rats with vascular dementia.Results: 1.Behavioral detection,the space exploration and directional navigation experiments results are model group rats learning and memory ability down,compared with the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the other groups also increased to different extent,western medicine group and high dose group of Chinese traditional medicine and Chinese medicine dose significantly,compared with model group(P < 0.05),low dose group is not significant in the model group(P < 0.05).2.The ELISA test results show that the model group animals hippocampus increased significantly compared with control group,VEGF expression was statistically significant(P < 0.01),the model can successfully copy.In comparison with the model group,VEGF expression in the hippocampus was significantly higher(P < 0.01).Compared with the model group,the level of VEGF was increased(P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference(P > 0.05),but there was a higher trend.Conclusion: the method of medullary law has a significant improvement in the learning spatial memory ability of the VD rats.The mechanism may be an increase in the expression of VEGF to promote capillaries and repair damaged neurons.
