| Purpose: This thesis aims at using a comparison between the treatment of the two methods-marrow supplementing and resuscitation acupuncture method and orally-taken western medicine of Donepezil HCL tablets,to analyses the effects of treatment of Senile Dementia.Furthermore,followed by marrow supplementing and resuscitation acupuncture method for treating Senile Dementia clinical efficacy and action mechanism,and provided a scientific basis for clinical treatment.Method: According to the principle of random,the Senile Dementia patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture treatment area and the brain treatment area were divided into the acupuncture group and the control group in accordance with the order,every group 36 cases.The treatment group was gave orally-taken western medicine of Donepezil HCL tablets and the acupuncture group was treated with marrow supplementing and resuscitation acupuncture method,and their courses of treatment were both 4 weeks.we used MMSE to evaluate the mental state of SD patients combined with the rheoencephalogram examination to investigate the clinical effect of marrow supplementing and resuscitation acupuncture method on Senile Dementia.The above data were statistically analyzed with SPSS19.0 software.Result: One: The two groups of patients can be compared because of the statistical test showed that there was no significant difference between the two group patients’ gender,age,staging and syndrome distribution before the treatment.Two: As a result,according to the standard of curative effect,the total effective rate of treatment group was 87.5%;while for the control group,the total effectiveness was 71.43%.Statistically speaking,there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with orally-taken western medicine of Donepezil HCL tablets,marrow supplementing and resuscitation acupuncture method has more advantages with its safe and effective method and in improving the score of MMSE and strange of rheoencephalogram.And marrow supplementing and resuscitation acupuncture method is easily accepted by people and worth making further clinical research and application. |
