Effect Analysis Of Three Drug Treatment Regimens After The Transcervical Resection Of Adhesion Of Moderate And Severe Intrauterine Adhesion

Purpose: to compare the effect of three multimodality therapy the transcervical resection of modeate and severe uterine adhesions.Expected the best multimodality therapy will be extended.Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on the medical records of 137 patients with moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions.Group the drug treatment regimen according to the prevention re-adhesion after Transcervical resection of adhesion(TCRA).Group A:Mechanical barrier+Fill jiale,55 cases.Group B :Mechanical barrier+Female progesterone artificial cycle,57 cases.Group C:Mechanical barrier+Fill jiale + aspirin +vitamin E + the dragon deer pill,25 cases.During the half year after the operation,to explore the value of hormone therapy and related adjuvant drug therapy in patients with moderate and severe IUA after TCRA.Results: compared with the severe group,The total rate of menorrhea improvement and pregnancy rate were statistically significant(P <0.05),Uterine cavity shape recovery rate has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).In the same degree,there was statistically significant difference in Uterine cavity shape recovery rate between the patients in group A,B and C.a statistically significant difference between the non-recurrence rate and the pregnancy rate of the patients in the moderate IUA(P< 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the number of adhesions and the degree of adhesion of the patients with severe adhesion in each group.Conclusion: giving Estradiol Valerate + aspirin + vitamin E +dragon deer pill this treatment in patients with moderate intrauterine adhesions separation under hysteroscopy surgery,restore to uterine cavity shape,improve pregnancy rate,more is better than pentanoic acid estradiol and Female progesterone artificial cycle,has acertain application value.
