Clinical Research Of Bushenyangxuehuoxue Decoction Combined With Artificial Menstrual Cycle On Postoperative Endometrial Effects Caused By Intrauterine Adhesions

Objective:Combining with the theory of TCM to investigate the mechanisms and clinical effects of Bushenyangxuehuoxue Decoction on preventing intrauterine adhesions by observing the influence of Bushenyangxuehuoxue Decoction combined with artificial menstrual cycle on the endometrial thickness, menstrual quantity and improvement of the TCM syndromes of postoperative patients caused by intrauterine adhesions.Methods:60 patients of postoperative patients caused by intrauterine adhesions were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the experimental group were treated with Bushenyangxuehuoxue Decoction combined with artificial menstrual cycle and the control group were treated with artificial menstrual cycle for three menstrual cycles. To observe and record the scores of the TCM Syndromes, the quantity, color, quality and period of menstruation, the endometrial thickness by B-mode ultrasound at oviposit period and premenstrual, and the recovery of uterine cavity by Hysteroscopy. And it also compared the two groups of the total effective rate, the TCM Syndromes treatment efficiency and the intrauterine adhesions treatment efficiency.Results: After the treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group was 93.33% and the rate for control group was 80.00%, there was a significant difference(P<0.05) between the two groups after the rank sum test, the result of experimental group was better than the control group. TCM Syndrome total integral comparison, there was a significant difference(P<0.05). The endometrial thickness of the patient in both oviposit period and premenstrual was thicker after the treatment than before(P<0.05), and there was a obvious statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05). The integral and curative effect caused by intrauterine adhesions comparison, the result of the experimental group was better than the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Bushenyangxuehuoxue Decoction combined with artificial menstrual cycle had an obvious effect on the patient caused by intrauterine adhesions, and can promote the growth of endometrial repair, increase the endometrial thickness and quantity of menstruation, improve the TCM Syndromes of postoperative patients.
