Objective Through clinical research,we observed the changes of uterine artery pulsatility index, uterine artery resistance index, endometrial thickness, intrauterine adhesion score and traditional chinese medicine syndrome of intrauterine adhesions patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after intrauterine adhesion separation treated by Guishen decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction combined with estrogen-progesterone artificial cycle. Methods 60 cases of intrauterine adhesion are enrolled in out-patient and inpatient department in affiliated people's hospital of Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to November 2019.The subjects were divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30)according to random digital table method. Both groups were treated with uterine cavity adhesion separation and placed rubber balloon. The control group was treated with estrogen and progesterone artificial cycle within 3 months after operation, and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and estrogen and progesterone artificial cycle after operation. The changes of uterine artery pulsatility index, uterine artery resistance index, endometrial thickness,intrauterin-e adhesion score and TCM syndrome were observed after 3 months, and the clinical data collected before and after treatment in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results 1.The evaluation of TCM syndrome efficacy: compared with the control group(53.3%),the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher(82.1%),and there was a statistical difference(P =0.039<0.05).2.Diagnostic score of intrauterine adhesion: after treatment, the diagnostic scores of intrauterine adhesion in the control group and the treatment group were decreased with statistically significant(P <0.05);when compared with that before treatment; But there is no statistical significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P=0.737>0.05).3.Uterine artery pulsatile index(PI): after treatment, the PI level of the two groups of patients with intrauterine adhesion decreased significantly, with a statistical difference(P <0.05);the PI level of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P =0.027>0.05).4.Uterine artery resistance index(RI): after treatment, the mean RI water of the two groups of patients with intrauterine adhesions decreased significantly, with statistical difference(P<0.05);the RI level in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P =0.042<0.05).5.Endometrial thickness: after treatment, the endometrial thickness level of the two groups of patients with intrauterine adhesion increased, but the level of the treatment group(8.30±2.29)was significantly thicker than that of the control group(7.01±2.46),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038<0.05).Conclusions 1.Guishen decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction can improve the life quality of intrauterine adhesion patients with renal deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.2.Guishen decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction combined with estrogen-progesteroneartificial cycle can improve PI and RI and endometrial thickness, increase endometrial blood perfusion, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with estrogen-progesterone artificial cycle is better than hormone alone.3.There is no obvious advantages of Guishen decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction in improving the shape of uterine cavity.
