Three months later, the clinical evaluation of hysteroscopy surgery was 66.24% cases had became normal, the cure rate of IUA showed that degree II was significantly higher than degree III-V. The telephone follow-up visit reported the percents of the cases whose menstrual flow returning to normal was 25.71%, and the pregnancy rate reached 23.53% .Conclusion: Hysteroscopy surgery (TCRA) is an effective method for the treatment of IUA, and reducing abortion, regulating the surgical procedures are fundamental measures to prevent intrauterine adhesions. |
