Objective: To explore the effects of different treatment schemes on endometrial repair, uterine artery status and pregnancy success rate of patients with intrauterine adhesions, and to analyze the safety of three treatment schemes,so as to provide basis for clinical treatment of intrauterine adhesions.Method: 120 women at childbearing age were randomly divided into A group,B group and C group from January 2014 to January 2017.A group was treated with CVRs and progesterone sequential therapy after TCRA,B group was treated with intrauterine water injection balloon for one week, estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy and repeated uterine examination after TCRA,and C group was treated with low dose aspirin on the basis of B group. The curative effect, endometrial thickness, endometrial type, endometrial volume,RI,PI,pregnancy success rate and adverse reactions were compared.Result:1.After treatment, total effective rate,A type endometrial ratio, endometrial thickness, endometrial cavity volume, successful pregnancy rate and menstrual improvement rate in C group were significantly higher than those in A group and B group(P<0.05).The RI and PI was significantly lower than that of A group and B group(P<0.05).2.The menstrual improvement rate and total effective rate in B group were significantly higher than those in A group(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference on the incidence of adverse reactions and liver function index among the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Sequential estrogen and progesterone therapy with low-dose aspirin and balloon catheter placement after TCRA is superior to sequential estrogen and progesterone therapy with balloon catheter placement or CVRs.It can improve the effect, increase the endometrial thickness, endometrial volume and arterial blood flow, improve the echo type of endometrium and receptivity of endometrium, increase the successful pregnancy rate, and improve the menstrual status.2.Sequential estrogen and progesterone therapy with balloon catheter placement after TCRA is superior to sequential estrogen and progesterone therapy with CVRs after TCRA,which can effectively improve the menstrual cycle and menstrual volume,But the pregnancy rates of the two methods are similar.3.The adverse reactions of three treatment schemes were similar, and influence on the liver function index was less.
