Objective: To prepare a questionnaire for the training needs of institutional nursing staff based on post competency,and to investigate the current situation of training knowledge needs of institutional nursing staff in Nanning,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region based on post competency,and analyze the influencing factors to strengthen Provide reference for the on-the-job training and service quality of the aged care workers.Method: 1.Preparation of the questionnaire: Using the Delphi expert consultation method,based on the post competency theory,extensively review the research progress and guidelines for domestic and foreign pension(elderly)care,and formulate the pool of entries;Form a preliminary draft of the questionnaire;conduct a test of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire to form a formal questionnaire.2.Investigation and research: Using a convenient sampling method,360 elderly care workers in the Nanning City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region who met the inclusion criteria were selected to conduct self-designed questionnaires for investigation.After the questionnaire was collected,Excel2016 was used to establish the database,and SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The main analytical methods included descriptive analysis,one-way ANOVA,independent sample t-test and multivariate linear regression analysis.Result: 1.Through two rounds of expert correspondence and reliability and validity test,a questionnaire with 4 dimensions and 54 items is formed,which is a questionnaire based on the post-competitive nursing care needs of nursing staff.2.The average scores of occupational knowledge,vocational skills,professional attitudes,and personal traits training needs of institutional caregivers are distributed between 3.95 and 4.25.The training needs scores from high to low in the four dimensions are personal traits,professional knowledge,Professional attitude,professional skills.Among them,the training needs are highly concentrated in emergency care,medication safety knowledge nursing,elderly chronic disease care,rehabilitation nursing,emotional communication with the elderly,emotional counseling methods for the elderly,and the ability to cultivate emotions.Communication and collaboration skills.Less demanding is concentrated in daily care.3.Factor analysis: The results of single factor analysis showed that the difference in employment skill and pre-job training types in vocational knowledge training needs was statistically significant(P<0.05);household registration,working years,education,economic income,holding The differences in the situation of the qualifications,occupational level,pre-job training,and training frequency in the vocational skills training needs were statistically significant(P<0.05);household registration,working years,economic income,occupational level,and pre-job training types were The difference in occupational attitude training needs scores was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in economic income in the scores of individual trait training needs was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the multiple linear regression analysis,the status of the license,the type of pre-job training,and the training frequency had a significant impact on the training needs of vocational knowledge(P<0.05);the years of work,the status of the license,and the type of pre-job training required for the training of vocational skills.Significant influence(P<0.05);the type of employment and pre-job training had a significant impact on the training needs of professional attitudes(P<0.05).In conclusion: 1.Prepare a questionnaire based on the post-competitive institutional pension nursing training knowledge needs.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and is suitable for the research tool of the nursing staff training knowledge needs in this study.2.The professional quality of institutional nursing staff needs to be improved,the professionalization of job training is low,and the training knowledge structure is not perfect.The training of elderly service personnel should be emphasized and the team construction should be optimized.3.At present,the Nanning City institutional caregiver has a high level of training knowledge based on post competency,and should focus on the training content according to the level of training knowledge needs.4.In the training knowledge demand oriented by the post competency theory,attention should be paid to the pre-job training and the post-job training frequency.
