Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Yangxue Prescription In Preventing Granulocytopenia Induced By Chemotherapy

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Yangxue recipe in preventing granulocytopenia induced by chemotherapy.Methods According to the formula of sample size,72 cases were drawn up,62 cases were actually included in qualified samples,32 cases in the experimental group(standardized therapy + Yiqi Yangxue recipe)and 30 cases in the control group(standardized therapy + simulator).All the patients in the control group were given three-cycle chemotherapy regimens.Both groups were given trial drugs or simulators continuously.After 6 cycles,the degree of granulocytopenia,incidence,quality of life,KPS score and adverse events were compared between the two groups to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Yangxue Prescription.The experimental data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software,P<0.05,which showed statistical significance.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in age,sex,height and weight between the two groups,and the data were comparable(P>0.05).(2)In 6 observation cycles,The total incidence of granulocytopenia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were different degrees of granulocytopenia in both groups.The incidence of granulocytopenia decreased to I-II degree and III-IV degree had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the occurrence time of granulocytopenia in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in body,role,cognitive ability,emotion,social function and overall health status between the two groups before treatment(all P >0.05);after treatment,the physical function,role function and overall health status of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,all P < 0.05.(4)There was no significant difference in KPS score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(5)During the experiment,there were no liver and kidney impairment and other major adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: Yiqi Yangxue Prescription canprevent the occurrence of granulocytopenia caused by chemotherapy,delay the occurrence time of granulocytopenia of grade III-IV,improve and improve the physical function,role function and overall health status of patients,and has safety.
