| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangxuc Recipe combined with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(rhG-CSF)in the treatment of patients with ?-? degree bone marrow-suppressed intestinal cancer,and to prove that the advantages of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment.It can shorten the time of blood cell decline,reduce the level of blood cell decline,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.To a certain extent,ensure that chemotherapy can be completed on time and smoothly,and improve patient compliance.The results provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of Yiqi Yangxue Recipe in the application of this disease.Methods:Sixty eligible patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group,including the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with rhG-CSF alone for 150ug/day until the white blood cell count level rose to 10×109/L.The experimental group was given Yiqi Yangxue Recipe on the basis of the control group,and then Yiqi Yangxue recipe was given for 7 days after the discontinuation of rhG-CSF.The duration of leukocyte rise to 10×109/L.WBC and NE counts on the 3rd,5th,7th day of discontinuation of rhG-CSF,and the changes of clinical symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangxue Recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of ?-? degree of bone marrow suppression.Results:1.Hemogram change analysis:There was no statistical difference in the time of leukocyte rise to 10×109/L(P>0.05),but the average time of the experimental group was slightly shorter than that of the control group.On the 3rd day after discontinuation of rhG-CSF,there was no significant difference in WBC and NE counts between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 5th and 7th days,there was significant difference in WBC and NE counts between the two groups(P<0.01).2.In improving TCM syndromes:before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM clinical syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptoms such as fatigue,shortness of breath,dizziness and palpitation of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The effective rate of experimental group in the treatment of TCM clinical symptoms was 90%,which was higher than that of the control group(80%).3.Safety comparison:There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the control group and the experimental group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with rhG-CSF in the treatment of grade ?-?myelosuppression has definite clinical efficacy,safety and reliability,without obvious toxic and side effects.It is worth further study and application. |
