Objective:To observe the clinical evaluation of TKRPM in treating follicular maldevelopment infertility and to further explore the reproductive hormones follicle development and related relationships from the angle of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis.Methods:To select 32 infertility patients due to follicular Maldevelopment and to treat them with TKRPM for three months,which is belong to experienced prescription of prestigious TCM specialists——Professor Xia Guicheng.By observing the changment of clinical symptoms,basal body temperature,the average diameter of the follicle ovulation and endometrium, the early and late follicular stage FSH,LH,E2 and the luteal phase E2,P, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,to illustrate the clinical efficacy of TKRPM in treating follicular maldevelopment infertility and to further explore the reproductive hormones follicle development and related relationships from the angle of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis.Results:In this study,32 cases of follicular dysplasia infertility patients mainly is yin deficiency of liver-kidney type.After treatment, the total effective rate was 90.6%, ovulation rate was 46.9% and the pregnancy rate was 25.0%, clinical symptoms and basal body temperature was significantly improved, the average diameter of the follicle ovulation was significantly increased and early follicular stage LH, late follicular stage LH,E2, luteal phase P were significantly increased too.Conclusion:The Treatment of TKRPM in treating follicular maldevelopment infertility is effective.The main clinical manifestations was yin deficiency of liver-kidney type. In the middle-late follicular phase,follicular development may be related to low-LH in early follicular. Its mechanism may be through improving the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis function, adjusting the early follicular stage FSH, improving the late follicular stage LH, so that FSH/LH achieved an appropriate proportion and assisted pregancy by improving luteal function after ovulation.
