The Clinical Research Of The Intervention Of Follicular Dysplasia Cycle By Therapy Of Benefiting Kidney

Objective:To observe the effects of follicular development of patients with poor follicular growth by therapy of benefiting kidney, and its impact on the reproductive axis through clinical research, to explore its mechanism of action and discuss the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to perfect TCM treatment plan on follicular development, at the same time, preliminarily verified the theory of Professor Guicheng Xia who is experienced of prestigious TCM specialists in gynecological of "Conversion from numerous yin to yang, and ovulate at night". In recent years, patients with ovulation of small follicles has been found gradually increased in clinical, but the disease is still no clear diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of follicular dysplasia in the field of gynecological, especially in the clinical research on infertility for which has a fundamental and significance.Methods:To select35patients with follicular dysplasia that satisfied the inclusion criteria, intervene and treat them by therapy of benefiting kidney for three cycles, then compare the treatment between before and after, analysis the clinical symptoms, physical signs, the dominant follicle average maximum diameter and the thickness of the endometrial of patients at the day of ovulation. At the same time, choose the natural cycles of women with normal ovulation as the blank group, to compared with patients after treatment by benefiting kidney, then observe in the degree of follicular development, the urinary LH peak and other differences that exist, in order to better evaluation the clinical efficacy of benefiting kidney treatment of follicular dysplasia.Results:After treatment of benefiting kidney, in the35cases of follicular dysplasia,12patients were cured,15cases improved, and8cases was not valid, the total efficiency was77.1%. Before the treatment, the total score of35cases of patients with treatment of Chinese medicine symptom was19.72±7.25, after treatment, the total score was7.21±4.18, there was significantly difference between the both (P﹤0.01), before and after the treatment the advantages of follicle size and thickness of endometrial also has significant differences (P﹤0.01).Conclusion:After treatment of benefiting kidney of patients with poor follicle development, the dominant follicle size and thickness of endometrial at the day of ovulation have increased significantly. The Chinese medicine symptom of patients after treatment also improved significantly. Therefore the treatment of benefiting kidney for follicular dysplasia has a distinct advantage.
