Clinical Effect Of Fire Needle Combined With Huayuxiaoyin Decoction On Plaque Psoriasis And Observation Of Changes Under Dermatoscope

Objective: To observe the Clinical effect of fire needle combined with Huayuxiaoyin decoction on plaque psoriasis;Conduct dynamic observation of vascular changes and their correlation with lesions under dermatoscope.Method: 1.Selecting 43 patients with plaque type psoriasis,the right side is treatment group and the left side is control group.All selected patients are given Huayuxiaoyin decoction orally,carpotriol ointment for external use,the treatment group is treated with extra fire needle treatment.Observe the overall effect,the PASI score,the pruritus score and the individual score of the target site.2.The target sites of the treatment group are selected and the vascular changes of the lesions are dynamically observed with dermatoscope,compare the correlation between the changes of blood vessels and the changes of the lesions of the same period.Result:1.A total of 40 cases of clinical study are completed,of which 40 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group.Effective rate of treatment group is 90%,control group is 85%.There are significant differences in PASI score,pruritus score and individual target score between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment.The score of pruritus in the treatment group is better than that in the control group after treatment.Target infiltration and hypertrophy score is better than that of control group.2.Observe 40 target sites with dermatoscope dynamically.After effective treatment,the number of dilated blood vessels is reduced and the diameter of vasodilation becomes smaller.Vascular diameter expansion index is positively correlated with the efficacy index.Conclusion:Both the treatment group and the control group have achieved good clinical effects,the effect of fire needle group on patients with pruritus and hypertrophy of skin lesions is significant.The number of dilated vessels in skin lesions,the diameter change of vasodilation and the change of therapeutic effect are positively correlated with each other under dermatoscope,suggesting that the dermatoscope could be used in the evaluation of clinical effect of plaque psoriasis.
