The Clinical Study On Pressing And Whirling Pelvis Method Treatment Of Sacroiliac Joint Subluxation

Objective:This study through using of pressing and whirling pelvis method in treatment of sacroiliac joint subluxation, and comparing with the commonly and traditional massage method,aims to study the method effectiveness and clinical advantages; and explores the PPAngle of Anteroposterior radiography of pelvic of sacroiliac joint subluxation of clinical significance.Methods: According to treatment in patients with order and the pathological classification, 60 patients whose meet diagnostic criteria were randomed and single-blind incorporated into the experimental group and control group, each group of 30 cases.The experimental group used the soft tissue adjustment and pressing and whirling pelvis method;the control group used the soft tissue adjustment and commonly and traditional massage method.Two groups of treatment 1 times a day, a total of 10 times.The two groups before and after treatment given JOA score and radiography of pelvic and measurement recorded PPAngle,1 month after the end of treatment to telephone follow-up of patients.Making summary for the JOA score of before and after, the recurrence rate, the change of X-ray PP Angle, as well as statistical analysis for relevant data.Results:1.Observe the scores of the two groups:JOA score in both groups after treatment than before was obvious difference(P < 0.05),proving two groups of treatment for sacroiliac joint subluxation were effective.And compared to the after treatment, the scores of two groups had significant difference(P < 0.05), and the experimental group score better than the control group, proving to using pressing and whirling pelvis method in treatment of sacroiliac joint subluxation superior to the commonly and traditional massage method.2.Improvement rate between the two groups: The experimental group excellent in 12 cases, good in 16 cases, in 2 case, 0 poor;the control group excellent in 1, good in15 cases, 10 cases and poor in 4 cases.The improvement rate after treatment there was obvious difference(P < 0.05),rate of the experimental treatment group was better than the control group,indicating that pressing and whirling pelvis method treating sacroiliac joint subluxation improvement rate is superior to the the commonly and traditional massage method.3. Recurrence rate between two groups : At the end of treatment, 1 month after the two groups of patients with telephone follow-up, recurrence rate of 3.33% in the experimental group and control group recurrence rate was 30.00%.There was a obvious difference in recurrence rate comparing to the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05), the recurrence rate in the experimental group lower than the control group.Proving to using pressing and whirling pelvis method in the treatment of sacroiliac joint subluxation of recurrence rate was lower than the commonly and traditional massage method.4.Change of PP Angle degree between two groups:The number of PP Angle in two groups after treatment than before had differences(P < 0.05), indicating two groups of treatment for degrees of PP Angle were effective.The degrees of PP Angle compared between the two groups after treatment had a differences(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.Proving to using pressing and whirling pelvis method in the treatment of sacroiliac joint subluxation of changing of PPAngle degrees was better than the commonly and traditional massage method.Conclusions: The pressing and whirling pelvis method in treatment of sacroiliac joint subluxation, the JOA score,treatment improvement rate,recurrence rate and the degree of PPAngle of radiography pelvic comparison were superior to control group,showing that the technique in the clinical treatment of sacroiliac joint subluxation was superior to the traditional treatment.The pressing and whirling pelvis method on truing sacroiliac joint subluxation, having curative effect, convenient operation,strong pertinence,forced light, conducive to clinical doctors learning and operating,and was worth of clinical promotion. The number of PPAngle change in radiography pelvic before and after treatment, clinical confirmed PP Angle exists and feasible.The PPAngle can be used as an objective base valuation for clinical classification and efficacy evaluation in sacroiliac joint subluxation.
