Clinical Research Of Long's Manipulation Combined With Tendon's Therapy In The Treatment Of Atlanto-axial Joint Subluxation

Objective:To observate the effect of Long's manipulation combined with Tendon's therapy and the conventional relase method of massage therapy combined with reset manipulation in the treatment of Atlanto-axial Joint Subluxation,comparing and analyzing the effect of levels.Which seeking for a reasonable and optimal therapeutic schedule,Who contributed to clinical more available.Methods:60 causes of Atlanto-axial Joint Subluxation,Who came from Massage-department of The first Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for clinical observation by numeration table,30 causes per group,the treatment group treated using Long's manipulation combined with Tendon's therapy,while the patients of control group treated using the conventional relase method of massage therapy combined with reset manipulation.Things to the standards of diagnosis and curative effect of TCM,we observed the effectiveness of the two groups after treatment and prior treatment,not only including JOA cervical score and ADL and VBLADS,but also curative effect after treatment.Results:Clinical curative effect: the treatment group 30 cases,significant efficiency was 80%,total effective rate was 96.66%;Control group 30 cases,show the efficiency of 46.66%,the total effective rate was 73.33%,comparing the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.JOA cervical score: The JOA cervical score were significantly higher than those before treatment.Comparing of those scores in treatment group and control group,after statistics analysis(t-test),P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group is better than that of control group,Long's manipulation combined with Tendon's therapy treated for Atlanto-axial Joint Subluxation is superior to the conventional relase method of massage therapy combined with reset manipulation.Imaging protocol: The x-ray of cervical mouth slice's ADI and cervical lateral slice's VBLADI have been signed after treatment.via statistics analysis,(t-test),P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,Long's manipulation combined with Tendon's therapy treated for Atlanto-axial Joint Subluxation is superior to the conventional relase method of massage therapy combined with reset manipulation.Conclusion: Both of treatment plans for Atlanto-axial Joint Subluxation played a good role.Comparing of the Long's manipulation combined with Tendon's therapy and the conventional relase method of massage therapy combined with reset manipulation treated for Atlanto-axial Joint Subluxation,comparing and analyzing the curative effect,Long's manipulation combined with Tendon's therapy treated for Atlanto-axial Joint Subluxation is superior to the conventional relase method of massage therapy combined with reset manipulation.
