Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of pelvic stabilization and conventional massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with sacroiliac joint disorder, and to explore the basis and mechanism of pelvic stabilization,so as to provide a new idea and method for clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation with sacroiliac joint disorder. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by randomized controlled group study, and were treated by basin-adjusting and ridge-stabilizing method and conventional massage respectively. After one course of treatment, observe and record the " PD value" and " JOA score" before and after treatment, and statistically analyze the test data, and compare the curative effect difference between the two groups. Results: 1.From PD value point of view, the two groups of patients before and after treatment group comparison, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that both methods can effectively improve the pain of patients; After the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the basin-adjusting and ridge-stabilizing method was better than the conventional massage in improving the pain degree of patients.2.In JOA score point of view, the two groups before and after treatment, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that both methods can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, signs and dailybehavior ability of patients; After treatment, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).it showed that the method of adjusting basin and stabilizing ridge was better than the conventional massage in improving the clinical symptoms, signs and daily behavior ability of patients.3.From the overall curative effect point of view, the experimental group of 30 patients, clinical control in 8 cases,14 cases markedly effective, effective in 7 cases, invalid in 1 case, the total effective rate was 96.67%;Of the 30 patients in the control group,3 cases were clinically controlled,12 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.the total effective rate was 90.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the basin-adjusting and ridge-stabilizing method was superior to the conventional massage in the overall curative effect.Conclusion:1.This study shows that the pelvic stabilization method and conventional massage can effectively improve the degree of pain, symptoms, signs and daily behavior of patients; But the method of adjusting basin and stabilizing ridge is better than conventional massage.2.This study shows that the overall curative effect of basin-adjusting and ridge-stabilizing method is better than that of conventional massage, which is worth using for reference in clinical practice.
