Analysis Of Modern Clinical Application Of Acupuncture In Treating Children With Cerebral Palsy

Objective: To summarize the characteristics of acupoint selection and treatment methods in the treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy through the analysis of modern literature,and to provide a reference for clinical treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy.Through analyze the typical clinical cases of pediatric cerebral palsy to verify the validity of the law of selecting meridians and acupoints in the statistical results of literature.Methods: In this study,we searched the databases of CNKI,WF,VIPs,and searched the literature related to acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy in children by computer,and screened them.The related factors in the literature were statistically analyzed by Excel software,and the relevant rules were studied,and the typical cases of cerebral palsy in children were analyzed and summarized.Results: 1.Selection of acupoints: the distribution of meridian in children with cerebral palsy was mainly composed of Stomach meridian of foot-yangming,Gallbladder meridian of foot-shaoyang,Governor vessel,Bladder meridian of foot-taiyang,involving 140 acupoints,most widely used in Zusanli(ST 36),Baihui(DU 20),Quchi(LI 11)and Sanyinjiao(SP 6).And mainly distributed in limbs,waist,back,head and face,the specific points of acupoints are mainly convergent acupoint and five-shu point.2.Among 127 articles about acupuncture,the comprehensive therapy is the most widely used,and the filiform acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is the most commonly used.Scalp acupuncture and Jin's three-needle therapy are widely used in the treatment of cerebral palsy.3.Analysis of typical medical records:to strengthen brain and intelligence,nourish liver and kidney,soften liver and soothing muscles as treatment principle,acupuncture Baihui(DU 20),Sishen Cong(EX-HN 1),Fengchi(GB 20),Zusanli(ST 36)and other points,combined with rehabilitation training,the patients recovered well after 6 courses of treatment.Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of children with cerebral palsy follows a certain law of selecting the meridian and taking the acupoints.The clinical main points are theStomach meridian of foot-yangming,Gallbladder meridian of foot-shaoyang,Governor vessel,Bladder meridian of foot-taiyang and the other meridian acupoints,and the acupuncture therapy is diverse.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is the most commonly used.Acupuncture treatment of children with cerebral palsy has clinical practicability and positive effect.
