Objective: To observe the follow the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and massage in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy and to summarize and explore the therapy of theoretical basis and mechanism of action, for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy to explore a more effective treatment methods, in order to produce good social benefits and economic benefits; Methods: 163 cases of children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. The patients were selected from the outpatient department of Pediatrics and the inpatient department. There were 83 cases in the treatment group, including 55 males and 28 females. The minimum age was 6 months, the maximum age was 4 years and 7months, and the mean age was 13.5 + 7.08 months. In the control group, 80 cases, including 53 males and 27 females, the minimum age was 6 months, the maximum age was 4 years and 7months.Control group using Vojta method and Bobath method, cerebral circulation instrument, spastic muscle, 2 times a day, each treatment time 30 minutes, 6 days a week treatment, rest 1 days.1 courses of 3 months. In the experimental group, the control group on the basis of the meridian acupuncture and massage treatment, 2 times a day, 30 minutes each treatment, weekly for 6 days, 1 days of rest. The 1 course of treatment was 3 months.Observation of muscle spasm, two groups before and after treatment of motor development, abnormal posture index score changes, and clinical evaluation. Statistical analysis using statistical software SPSS21.0, using x~2 classification test, measurement data using t test, ranked data Ridit analysis method;Result:1, the total effect of the two groups treatment group of significant efficiency for 73.98%. The total effective rate was 95.12%; control group, markedly effective rate was 59.16%, the total efficiency of 90.0%, the difference between the two groups was more significant(P < 0.05), indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.2, before and after treatment in the two groups of children with cerebral palsy muscle spasm(the main symptoms integral value) treatment group before treatment, muscle spasm integral ratio for 1.91±0.69 points. After the treatment of muscle spasm integral ratio is 0.479 ±0.589; control group before treatment, muscle spasm integral ratio for 1.90 ± 0.71 points. After the treatment of muscle spasm integral ratio is 0.509 ± 0.72 points; the difference between the two groups by comparison has the remarkable significance(P < 0.05), indicating that the group muscle spasm treatment than in the control group were reduced significantly.3, before and after treatment in the two groups of children with cerebral palsy(CP) development score(the main symptoms integral value) compared with the treatment group before treatment, the motor development score a 9.361 ±5.382. After treatment, motor development scores 3.759 ± 1.239, control group before treatment, the motor development scores for the 9.359 ±5.371. After treatment, transport dynamic developmental scores 4.611 ±5.169; the difference between the two groups by comparison has the remarkable significance(P < 0.05) and that treatment group to promote motor development were better than the control group.4, before and after treatment in the two groups of children with cerebral palsy abnormal posture treatment effect(the main symptoms integral value) treatment group before treatment, abnormal posture score for 5.01 ±1.88 points. After treatment, abnormal posture score is 1.63±1.71; control group before treatment, abnormal posture score for 4.99 ±1.90 points. After treatment, abnormal posture score for 1.81 ± 1.61; difference between the two groups by comparison has the remarkable significance(P < 0.05), indicating that the treatment group improved abnormal posture is better than that of the control group; Conclusion: meridian acupuncture and massage treatment of children with cerebral palsy of the total curative effect comparison, significant efficiency is 73.98%. The total efficiency was 95.12%, and the curative effect is better than single use Vojta, Bobath treatment group. The treatment group before treatment of muscle spasm scoring ratio of 1.91 ±0.69 points, after the treatment of muscle spasticity score ratio 0.479±0.589, can improve muscle spasm; treatment group before treatment, the motor development of integral for a 9.361 ±5.382 treatment after exercise developmental scores 3.759 ±3.719. Treatment of abnormal anteroposterior position integral effect compared with the treatment group before treatment abnormal posture integral ratio 5.01 ±1.88 points, after treatment, abnormal posture effect of integral 1.63 ±1.71. Through the above clinical research shows that: the meridian acupuncture and massage is an important means of Chinese medicine for treatment of children with cerebral palsy, the combination is more effective in reducing the muscle spasm, promote motor development, improve the abnormal posture;...
