The Clinical Research Of Acupuncture To Governor Vessel And Jiaji Point In Treating Dyskinetic Cerabral Palsy

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture of Du Meridian and Jiaji points for the treatment of cerebral palsy of involuntary moveme nt, the clinical curative effect in the improvement of the gross motor function and lateral bending reflex disappear or abate the.Methods:All the cases were from2012March to2013March, the ch ildren’s Hospital of Zhengzhou rehabilitation hospital admitted patients. This study adopts the research method of random, control, blind met hod. First, a random number table method were randomly divided into two groups,72randomly assigned patients to meet the requirements of the two group, the final completion of course have67children (32cases in treatment group35cases, control), the treatment group were treated with acupuncture of Du Meridian and Jiaji points+conventiona1rehabilitation (physical therapy and massage), control group of conv entional rehabilitation method (exercise therapy±massage), treatment fo r3months, the researchers know the experimental measures, and eval uation of curative effect not know grouping.Using the gross motor fun ctio\n measure and lateral bending reflex assessment of changes, analy sis.Results:67patients completed treatment (Group32cases and35case s in the treatment group, control), the treatment of gross motor functi on before and after testing the total percentage scores, the treatment group were22.85±5.98,36.08±9.59, control group were22.44±5.35,29.65±8.28, compare the treatment group and the control group before an d after treatment after treatment, there were significant differences (P <0.05), the control group of gross motor function recovery in the trea tment group (P<0.05). Two groups of treatment of posterior bending r eflex than before treatment decreased or disappeared, but disappeared in treatment group significantly better than the control group in t] ateral bending reflection, there was significant difference (P<0.01)\\cor ding to the results of the gross motor function evaluation, the effici ency of the treatment group51.42%, control group significantly the ef ficiency of18.75%, compared with two groups in total therapeutic eff ect,P<0.05,with statistical significance, the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion:The Du Meridian and acupuncture Jiaji points for the tre atment of cerebral palsy of involuntary movement, can significantly i mprove the gross motor function of this type of cerebral palsy, can ef fectively promote the involuntary movement of cerebral palsy of latera1bending reflex; can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of cer ebral palsy of involuntary movement, and the sooner the better treatm ent of children with cerebral palsy.
