Clinical Observation On Bawei Guwei Ointment In Treatment Of Ecthyma With Damp-heat Downward Syndrome

Objective:To observe the repaired-promoting action of Bawei Guwei Ointment for treating ecthyma with damp-heat downward syndrome.To explore the curative effect of the hooping medicine on ulcers.Methods: 62 patients with ecthyma of damp-heat downward syndrome were divided into two groups randomly: treatment group(n=31)and control group(n=31).Both groups were received the same foundation and wound medicine treatment.Control group received the external treatment by encircling the wound with stroke-physiological saline solution while treatment group with Bawei Guwei ointment.The patients' wound size,the scores of the wound local Chinese medicine syndrome(color of wound,wound exudates,growth of granulation tissue,creeping of epithelium.)and sores edge local Chinese medicine syndrome(sores edge symptoms,swelling of sores edge,temperature of sores edge,pain of sores edge,color of sores edge)were recorded with at the 1st day,the 10 th day and the 20 th day to observe their change.Result: 1.After 20 days' treatment,treatment group was better than control group in the total effect,the total locale syndrome curative effect and the wound reduction rate,two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05)Conclusion:1.The total clinical efficacy of Bawei Guwei ointment in the treatment of ecthyma of Damp-heat Downward Syndrome is significant,which can effectively promote the healing of ecthyma.2.Bawei Guwei ointment can obviously improve the wound symptoms of ecthyma,improve the color of wound,reduce the wound exudates,promote the growth of granulation tissue,and accelerate the creeping of epithelium.3.Bawei Guwei ointment can obviously improve the sores edge symptoms of ecthyma,reduce the swelling of sores edge,drop the temperature of sores edge,ease the pain of sores edge,ameliorate the color of sores edge.4.The Gu Wei medicine has atherapeutic effect on the sores.
