Observation On The Short-term Efficacy Of Baiyao Ointment Combined With Arthroscopy In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Knee Arthritis With Damp-heat Obstruction

Objective :To explore the short-term efficacy of Baiyao ointment combined with arthroscopic synovium debridement in the treatment of rheumatoid knee arthritis with damp-heat obstruction,and to provide a new and effective method for clinical treatment of rheumatoid knee arthritis.Metholds :Sixty patients with rheumatoid knee arthritis diagnosed as damp-heat obstruction type of rheumatoid knee arthritis from March2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group(n =30)and control group(n = 30).Patients in both groups were treated with knee arthroscopic synovium debridement,and the treatment group was treated with white ointment on the first day after operation,once a day,each time for 24 hours and 14 days as a course of treatment.In the control group,the affected knee joint was frozen for 72 hours.Both groups were treated with routine anti-rheumatism and general supportive treatment.The VAS score,Lysholm score,knee circumference(measured by the upper edge of the patella),serum C-reactive protein and the rate of excellent and good treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical data were as follows.There was no significant difference in the balance of sex distribution,age distribution and average age between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).The results of VAS score showed that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the first day after operation,but on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05),suggesting that the analgesic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The results of knee circumference showed that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the first day after operation(P > 0.05).On the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).It is suggested that the detumescence effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.The results of serum C-reactive protein showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05).On the 7th and 28 th day after operation,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).It is suggested that the effect of eliminating inflammation in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.The results of Lysholm score showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before operation,but on the 7th and 28 th day after operation,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving knee joint function.After 28 days of treatment,the excellent and good rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of the treatment group was better.Conclusions:After arthroscopic synovium cleaning of knee joint,we applied our own white ointment to treat rheumatoid knee joint of dampness heat obstruction type.The clinical effect is accurate,the recovery is fast,and the short-term effect is good.
