Based On The "SIPAN Theory" To Explore The Clinical Efficacy Of Bawei Guwei Ointment On DU And The Improvement Of Microcirculation Around The Sore

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Baweiguwei ointment of treating DampFever Diabetic Ulcer(DU),prove the effectiveness of the Qingreguwei-method.Methods: Divided 90 patients with Damp-Fever(DU)into three groups,taking 21 days as a treatment cycle,in addition to the basic treatment and debridement of the sore surface,the blank control group,the positive control group,and the test group were applied topically with saline,Yuyangling Ointment,and Baweiguwei ointment.Improvement of sore surface healing and microcirculation indicators around the sore.Results: The total effective rate of treatment in each group was 100%.Eight patients(27.59%)were cured clinically in the test group,3(10.34%)were in the positive control group,and 0(0%)were in the blank control group,the test group is better than the positive control group and the blank control group.The improvement of the score of sore face color,amount of exudate,amount of necrosis,amount of granulation tissue,amount of hyperplasia of the epithelial tissue,the score of the sore face and the area of the sore face in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the positive control group and the blank control group(P < 0.05).In addition,the score of the area of the sore,the score of the swelling of the four sides,the color of the four sides,the temperature of the four sides and the score of the four sides in the experimental group were also improved In the early stage of the disease,the therapeutic effect was better than that of the positive control group and the blank control group(P < 0.05),while the pain score of the four banks in the whole stage of the disease was better than that of the positive control group and the blank control group(P < 0.05);the score of the four banks,the transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure and the amount of blood perfusion were also better than that of the positive control group and the blank control group(P < 0.05).No obvious adverse reactions and allergic reactions were found in safety evaluation..Conclusion: Bawei Guwei ointment can improve the healing of the sore surface by improving the microcirculation of moist-heat diabetic ulcers,and the clinical effect is good;Under the guidance of Sipan theory,the dialectical application of the Qingreguwei-method is an effective method of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
