The Observation Of The Different Effect Between The Different Time Of Tuina In Treating Infantile Diarrhea(Damp And Hot)

Objective: The observation was to observe the effect of the different time of tuina intreating infantile diarrhea (damp and hot), compare the curative effects, search for the besttime of tuina for clinical treatment of infantile diarrhea (damp and hot).Methods: This observation incorporated into the standard of90cases of childrenwith diarrhea of damp and hot, randomly divided into three groups, namely,5minutes,15minutes,30minutes, tuina therapy for neonates and were recorded before and aftertreatment the patient’s symptoms and signs as well as the primary symptom integral,statistical analysis, the differences in three groups of curative effect.Results:(a)5minutes group total effective rate is70.00%,15minutes group totaleffective rate is96.67%,30minutes group total effective rate is100%.(b)5minutes,15minutes group and30minutes there were significant differences between groups,(P=0.003＜0.01).(c)5minutes there were significant differences between groups with15minutes.(d)5minutes there were significant differences between groups with30minutes(P=0.000＜0.01).(e) There was no significant difference between15minutes and30minutes,(P=0.564＞0.05).Conclusion:(a) This study by observing the tuina in different time (5minutes,15minutes,30minutes) the curative effect of treatment of infantile diarrhea of damp and hot, theresults show that the group has significant curative effect to damp and hot have diarrhoea,5minutes,15minutes,30minutes group has a significant curative effect for damp and hothave diarrhoea,5minutes and15minutes group have obvious difference, for5minutesand30minutes group have obvious difference, no obvious difference for15minutes and30minutes. Shows that the curative effect of tuina therapy infantile diarrhea of damp and hot, roughly as the tuina time and curative effect is better.(b) Curative effect is not obviousdifference for15minutes and30minutes,30minutes tuina for15minutes and tuina fortreatment of infantile diarrhea curative effect difference of damp and hot.(c) Consideringthe tuina curative effect and save time, the author thinks that the tuina for about15minutesfor the best time for the treatment of infantile diarrhea of damp and hot.
