Sanrou Sanfa Tuina Method In Treating Infantile Diarrhea Dampness Clinical Research

Objective:Children with cold-damp diarrhea was selected as the research object,by using the methods of randomized controlled trials,to observe the changes of symptoms and signs before and after the treatment between the Sanrou Sanfa tuina group and the traditional method group,and to evaluate the clinical validity and safety of Sanrou Sanfa tuina method,so that we can lay a foundation for promoting the green TCM therapy for children with cold diarrhea.Methods:60 children patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in eacn group.The treatment group was treated with Sanrou Sanfa tuina method,while the control group was treated with the traditional method.The two groups' symptoms and signs were recorded detailedly before and after the treatment.Treatment was conducted once a day and seven days make one course,make statistics after a period of treatment.The study followedthe principle of children(or patriarch)reporting,and the physicians fill in the ferm of clinical observation by asking patients.The defecate frequency and stool property,the degree of abdominal pain,the distension of the abdomen phenomenon,the diet and mental state were observed everyday to form a record score,combined with the doctor's judgement to evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment.The Data processing is SPSS 18.0 software package,count data is X~2 test,measurement data is t test,rank data is sum test.Results:1?The baseline data such as gender,age,course of the disease,feeding methods and clinical symptoms between the two group had no significian difference(P>0.05).2?In the aspect of curative effect,the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,while the control group was 90.00%.The curative effect of the two group was significance different(P<0.05).3?In terms of total symptoms,all the two groups' total points of the clinical symptoms had significance difference(P<0.05)compared with that of before treatment.4?In the aspect of clinical symptoms of an individual,after the treatment,the two groups' defecate frequency,character,the degree of abdominal pain,abdominal distention phenomenon,diet and mental state had significant difference(P<0.05)compared with that of before treatment.During the treatment,the two groups had no adverse event,this treatment is relatively safe.Conclusion:Sanrou Sanfa tuina method has better clinical effect in treatment of cold diarrhea.Compared with traditional method,Sanrou Sanfa tuina methodi is better in improving clinical curative effect,clinical symptoms,clinical main symptoms and is worthy of generanizing in clinical application.
