Objective: To extract effective chemical constituents from Banxia Xiexin Decoction by network pharmacology and screen its sensitive biological replacement indicators,and elucidate the molecular mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on gastric precancerous lesions.Methods: Using the integrated database platform to collect the pharmacology of Banxia Xiexin Decoction containing chemical composition;the Drug bank,OMIM,HPO database collected in gastric cancer and chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesion related targets information,interaction network construction of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in prevention and treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer;the construction of Banxia Xiexin decoction on prevention and treatment of gastric cancer precancerous lesions of "Chinese Medicine-Composition-target-path relation network graph,one of the important pathways,screening targets and components,elucidate the molecular mechanisms of action;the Banxia Xiexin Decoction was divided into three subgroups respectively to investigate the pathway analysis,key targets and key components.Results:Through the integration of pharmacology platform,41 chemical constituents from Pinellia,38 components from the ginger,54 from Scutellaria,14 from Coptis,2 from jujube,158 from ginseng,133 from licorice.(2)to analyze the interaction network of Banxia Xiexin Decoction for the prevention and treatment of gastric precancerous lesions.We screened 1common targets,5 known disease targets,12 indirect targets and many key targets.The pathway enrichment analysis total purine metabolism and carbon metabolism,vascular endothelial growth factor signaling pathway,cell growth and apoptosis,chemokine signaling pathway of 30 important pathways;the subgroup analysis of xinkaikujiang drug combination key targets were significantly enriched in T cell receptor signaling pathway,PI3K-AKT signaling pathway,cell growth and the apoptosis pathway,chemokine signaling pathway and a number of cancer related pathways.Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin Decoction with complex chemical composition,found that prevention of Banxia Xiexin Decoction by PI3K-AKT signaling pathway,VEGF signaling pathway,ERBB signaling pathway,chemokine signaling pathway,T cell receptor signaling pathway in gastric precancerous lesions through the network target prediction and network pharmacology.The composition function in common target KRAS from dried ginger and ginseng;five known disease targets are TP53,PIK3 CA,SST,ERBB2,CHEK2,HTR1 B.3.Banxia Xiexin has a therapeutic effect on the prevention and treatment of gastric precancerous lesions.Its mechanism may inhibit gastric cancer by inhibiting gastric acid secretion,protecting gastric mucosa,inhibiting tumor necrosis factor and regulating vascular endothelial growth factor.
