| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer with syndrome of cold heat mixed with fullness.Methods: From January 2020 to December 2020,38 cases of gastric precancerous lesions with mixed cold and heat syndrome(Helicobacter pylori positive)were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group(n = 19): Banxia Xiexin Decoction + anti Helicobacter pylori quadruple medication,control group(n = 19,Three of them fell off): anti Helicobacter pylori quadruple medication,anti Helicobacter pylori quadruple medication for14 days,Banxia Xiexin Decoction for 8 weeks,14 C was reexamined after 8 weeks,and gastroscopy and pathology were reexamined after 3 months of follow-up,intestinal metaplasia(IM),mucosal inflammation degree,atrophy degree before and after treatment were compared.The changes of 14 C value and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score were surveyed and compared between the two groups.Results: 1.there was no significant difference in pathological reversion between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the degree of gastrointestinal symptoms such as full discomfort in the two groups decreased,and the change degree of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin Decoction can effectively improve gastrointestinal symptoms such as fullness and discomfort in patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,which can be popularized in clinic. |
