| Purpose:Observation meridian lingers list with acupuncture point method to treat rheumatoid arthritis(cold dampness bizu type)of the clinical curative effect,better time theory with acupuncture combined with clinical applications,for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(cold dampness bizu)search for new methods of acupuncture treatment.Method:Collection subject standard 72 clinic patients,randomly divided into meridian lingers inside hole method,the treatment group and routine acupuncture control group,each group of 36 patients,two groups of patients were oral vinegar Finn acid chloride as the foundation treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with routine acupuncture treatment.On the basis of the control group,the patients in the treatment group were treated according to the time of treatment and the acupuncture point of the acupuncture point in the meridional flow.Every morning,I will treat one time with 30 minutes,10 days for one course of treatment,3 courses of treatment and 1 day of rest.Result:Visual analogue scale(VAS)and TCM syndrome integral were used as observation indexes.After treatment,the scores of VAS scores and TCM syndromes in each group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the total effective rate,88.89%of the patients were treated with the acupuncture treatment group,and the control group was 75%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Meridian lingers inside hole method,the treatment group and routine acupuncture control group in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(cold dampness bizu type)are effective,meridian lingers inside clinical curative effect of treatment group is more obvious with acupuncture point method,can better improve the clinical symptoms,worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
