Effect And Survival Quality Observation Of The Bitongling Apozem Used To Treat Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Cold-Dampness Type

Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of the Bitongling apozem used to treatrheumatoid arthritis from the clinical research based on the theory of traditional Chinesemedicine.Means: The 40 RA patients that belongs to the Stagnancy of cold-dampness type,divided into 2 groups at random. The controlled group is given basic treatment(MTX10mg EO l/w; Diclofenac 75mg P.O 2/d), the treat group is given the basic treatment andBitongling apozem. After three-month, we observe the curative effect and the mainsymptoms and signs, We also test ESR, RF, CRP, Ig of patients. The living conditionis also included.Results: The clinical excellence advancement rate is 80%, the total effective rate is95%(P＜0.05), which significantly surpasses the rate (50%、90%) of control group. Theliving condition of patients is also improved (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Bitongling apozem is safe and effective for treating RA. Thecombination treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine can improvethe clinical presentations effert better than the contrast grope by the cure one.
