Comparative Study On The Curative Effect Of Bitongkang And Wutou Tang Granule In The Treatment Of Cold-dampness Type Rheumatoid Arthritis

OBJECTIVE : To compare the difference of curative effect of Bitongkang and Wutou Tang granule combined with methotrexate in the treatment of cold-dampness type rheumatoid arthritis(RA),so as to select and provide evidences for the standard treatment of RA.Methods: from December 2018 to September 2019,64 patients with RA who met the western medicine diagnostic criteria for RA and the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Bitongkang granule combined with MTX,and the control group was treated with Wutou Tang granule combined with MTX.For treatment of 12 weeks record in general,age,gender,duration,0(baseline),4 weeks,12 weeks of Erythrocyte Sedumentatuin Raye(ESR),hypersensitive C-Reactive Protein(CRP),Rheumatoid Factor Ig M(RF-Ig M),Cyeled Citrullinatied Peptide antibody(CCP),observe the time of morning stiffness,Tender joints of 28counted(T28),Swollen joints of 28 counted(SW28),patients weary Visual Analog Scale(weary VAS),Disease Activity Score 28(DAS28),Health Assessment Questionnaire(HAQ)scores,the mitigation rate under DAS28 mitigation standard,And the degree of improvement.Results: at treatment baseline,there were no statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in average age,gender,course of disease,morning stiffness time,T28,SW28,ESR,CRP,RF-Ig M,CCP,DAS28,HAQ,fatigue VAS(P > 0.05).Treatment of 4 weeks,two groups of morning stiffness time, T28,SW28,ESR,CRP,RF-Ig M,CCP,DAS28,HAQ,fatigue VAS a baseline is reduced,statistically significant(P < 0.05),two groups of morning stiffness time,T28,SW28,ESR,CRP,DAS28 comparison there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),two groups of RF-Ig M,CCP,HAQ,fatigue VAS comparison,the treatment group is lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);After 12 weeks of treatment,morning stiffness time,T28,SW28,ESR,CRP,RF-Ig M,CCP,DAS28,HAQ,fatigue VAS of the two groups were all lower than that of the baseline(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the remission rate of the treatment group was 34.4%,and the remission rate of the control group was 15.6%,showing no statistical difference(P > 0.05).The disease improvement degree of the treatment group was 84.4%,and that of the control group was 43.8%,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.Bitongkang granules with MTX in the treatment of cold-dampness type RA curative effect is better than that of Wutou Tang granules combined MTX,especially in the treatment of more long-term,Bitongkang granules reduce inflammatory pain,complications,predictors,and improve joint fatigue symptoms,improve quality of life advantages more apparent,prompt type Bitongkang granule treatment cold-dampness type RA has a more stable,sustained anti-inflammatory,joint protection.2.The EULAR response criteria were used to assess the degree of improvement after treatment.,Bitongkang granule combined with MTX was better than Wutou Tang granule combined with MTX in patients with cold-dampness type RA.
