Clinical Observation Of Sanbi Decoction In Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Cold-dampness Obstruction Type

Objective:To observe the effect of Sanbi Decoction on TCM syndrome scores,rheumatoid factor,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and DAS28 scores in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type before and after treatment,and to explore its clinical efficacy.Methods:We collect 50 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type meeting diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.The patients in the treatment group were given Sanbi Decoctiontreatment,combined with routine basic medication,the course of treatment was 3 weeks.To observe general data about the patient.before and after treatment TCM syndromes integral,rheumatoid factor,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate level,DAS28 scores and safety indexes.The patients were followed up three months after the end of the course of treatment.Data Analysis with spss21.0 statistic Software,The changes of TCM syndrome score,rheumatoid factor,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and DAS28 score before and after treatment were compared,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sanbi Decoction.Result:1.Compared with before treatment,the single and total scores of TCM syndromes of patients were reduced after 3 weeks of treatment,thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate was 94.00% after 3 weeks of treatment,which indicated that the curative effect was remarkable.3.Compared with before treatment,the DAS28 score of patients decreased after 3 weeks treatment,thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After 3 weeks of treatment,74.00% responded well,20.00% responded normally,and 6.00% did not respond.5.Compared with before treatment,rheumatoid factor,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate level were all decreased after 3 weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Follow-up after 3 months showed that 2 patients were hospitalized,the hospitalization rate was 4.00%.Conclusion:1.Sanbi Decoction can effectively reduce the scores of TCM syndromes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type.2.Through the reduction of rheumatoid factor,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and DAS28 score,it shows that Sanbi Decoction can reduce the disease activity.
