Purpose:Data mining technology was used to explore and summarize the rules of acupoint selection for acupuncture treatment of CMS,in order to provide reference for clinical prescription and acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion.Material and method:1.Develop retrieval strategies, collect documents according to retrieval strategies, and screen documents according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.2.Information about the name, author, publication time, main and auxiliary acupoints of acupuncture prescriptions were extracted into Excel table to form a prescription database of acupuncture and moxibustion for CMS.3.Excel,IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used for frequency analysis, clustering analysis, association rules and factor analysis, and the frequency of acupoints, meridians, locations, specific acupoints, acupoints clustering and matching rules were obtained. The corresponding statistical tables and charts were made, and the rules of acupoint selection for CMS treated by Acupuncture and moxibustion were further analyzed according to the charts, and the conclusions were drawn.Results:1.Frequency analysis of all acupoints in modern literature was carried out. There are 21high-frequency acupoints in modern literature.According to the frequency of occurrence, the order is as follows:Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Taixi,Taichong,Qihai,Shenmen,Zusanli,Shenshu,Baihui, and spleen.Yu,Hegu,Ganshu,Mingmen,Zhongyu,Neiguan,Fengchi,Moisture,Xinshu,Tianshu,Yinlingquan,Yintang.The meridian with the highest frequency of acupoints use is Ren channel. The number of abdominal acupoints is the largest and the frequency is the highest. The number of specific acupoints ranks from high to low as follows:the Five-Shu points, the Back-Shu points,Luo-connecting points, the Mu-front acupoints.2.Cluster analysis was made on the middle and high frequency acupoints of CMS treated by Acupuncture and moxibustion.According to Ice Column Map,If the cluster is divided into five clusters, the following clusters can be obtained:(1)Xinyu,Ganyu,Pishu andShenyu;(2)Yintang,Neiguan,Shenmen,Baihui and Taixi;(3)Zhongwan,Tianshu,Hegu,Qihai,Zusanli;(4)Taichong;(5)Guanyuan.According to the result of tree graph,Acupoints can be divided into five clusters:(1)Ganshu,Xinshu,Shenshu,and Pishu;(2)Neiguan,Yintang,Shenmen,Baihui and Taixi;(3)Tianshu,Zhongwan,Hegu,Zusanli,Qihai;(4)Taichong;(5)Guanyuan.3.The association rule analysis of high and medium frequency acupoints of CMS treated by Acupuncture and moxibustion was carried out.A total of 183 association rules are shown, including second-order,third-order,fourth-order and fifth-order.The acupoints with support of more than 20% were Guanyuan and Zusanli,Guanyuan and Qihai,Shenshu and Pishu,Shenshu and Ganshu,Guanyuan and Zusanli and Taichong.Eight groups of acupoints with 100%confidence were Guanyuan and Tianshu,Guanyuan and Zhongwan,Ganshu and Xinshu,Guanyuan and Zusanli,Taichong,Guanyuan and Hegu,Qihai;Guanyuan and Hegu,Zusanli,Taichong;Zusanli and Hegu,Taichong,Guan Yuan;Zusanli and Hegu,Qihai and Taichong.4.Factor analysis was made on the main points of CMS treated by Acupuncture and moxibustion at medium and high frequency.Ganshu,Pishu,Shenshu,Xinshu and Neiguan had the highest factor contribution rate.Conclusion:1.CMS focuses on regulating the meridians as a whole.Selected high frequency acupoints acting on multiple zang-fu organs and having systemic regulatory function. It reflects the characteristics of CMS based on "holistic concept" in TCM.2.More acupoints were selected for regulating consciousness. It reflects the importance of "regulating the mind" in the CMS process of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.3.Regulating the spleen and stomach plays an important role in the treatment of CMS.
