The Study Of The Acupuncture And Moxibustion Treatment Of Ovulatory Disorder Infertility Which Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveTo research and summarize the rules of selecting acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Ovulatory infertility,by studying the collection and classification of consilient literatures.MethodSearch the literatures of Ovulatory infertility from January 1990 to May2017 in CNKI,VIP,CBM,WangFang Date.And download the literatures that fit the standard,then normalize and analyze them by Excel.Utilizing the function of“VLOOKUP”in Excel,conduct frequency analysis and then import the specifically processed data into the SPSS22.0 software and use the method of association rule analysis to mine it.ResultsBy searching in CNKI,VIP,CBM,WangFang Date,92 literatures that fit the standard are concluded finally.Altergether 523 literatures are found,excluding 218 repetitions,158 papers those are not only about acupunture and moxibution,6 case reports.92 literatures that meet the criterion are concluded finally.There was a growing trend in the number of literature after 2008.20 privinces and municilities of these authors were involved in these 92 literatures.And the top five are Guangdong,Shandong,Sichuan and Zhejiang,Shanghai,Guangxi and Jiangxi.60 literatures came out of hospital,and the other 32 came out of academy.The top three universities were Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Shandogn University of Chinese Medicine and Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine.There were 66 journal essays from 46 kinds of periiodicals and magazines.And the others were master's or doctoral thesis.And the top three ones were Chinese Acupuncture,Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Journal of Clinical Chinese Acupuncture.Among these literatures.The mostcommon key word is polycystic ovary syndrome,ovulation failure,ovulatory infertility,infertility and acupuncture.All of these 92 articals were controlled study,30 of which used the self-contrast method,and 60 used randomized controlled trails,and the rest 2 used both the two methods.Only11.96% of these randomized controlled literatures used random described method.Only one article was supported by fund below the provincial level.There were 41 essays studied on Ovulatory infertile disease(44.57%),33 on polycystic ovary sydrome infertility(35.87%),4 on Lueinized Unruptuerd Follicle Syndrome(4.34%).There were 4181 cases in treatment grop,and 2658cases(63.57%)were cured.The criterion of cure was pregnancy or normal ovulation.The top 5 average cure rate of the treatments were acupuncture +sunk cord(91.5%),followed by needle warming moxibustion(90.8%),acupuncture+ auricular therapy(90%),abdominal acupuncture + moxibustion(86.85%),acupuncture + moxibustion(83.69%).90 acupoints were involved in the relative articals,which were totally used 873 times,including 83 meridian points and 7 extra nerve points.30 acupuncture points were high frequency used,and the top 10 is Guangyuan,Sanyinjiao,Zigong,Zhongji,Zusanli,Shenshu,Qihai,Taichong,Xuehai,Zhongwan.Amo.And among five-shu points,Shu-stream points and he-sea points were mainly used.According to analyzing association rules,the most common acupuncture compatibility for ovulatory infertility in clinic were Sanyinjiao?Guangyuan,Sanyinjiao?Zigong,Sanyinjiao?Zhongji,Sanyinjiao?Zusanli.It involved the five points of Guangyuan,Sanyinjiao,Zigong,Zhongji,Zusanli,which made up of the itemsets that were supported more than 50%.Among 30 high frequency used acupoints,the mostly frequently used acupoints were in Ren meridian,followed by the spleen channel,stomach channel,bladder meridian,extra nerve points,kidney channel,and the liver meridian,which mainly used was yin channel.Arranging the number of the acupoints from more to less in each body part,the first one was thorax and abdomen,followed by lower back,lower limbs,upper limbs,and then head and face region.Conclusion1.The quantity and quality of the literatures on the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of infertility has been improving continually.The authors mainly came from the eastern and southern provinces of China,andmainly came from hospitals and universities.The major publications were Chinese Acupuncture,Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Journal of Clinical Chinese Acupuncture.The research hotspots principally concentrated on ovulatory infertile disease and polycystic ovary sydrome infertility.And the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment has clinically an obvious effect.However,these articals were seriously lack of the support of fund project.In the meantime,the usage of the key words were not standardized.2.The high frequency used acupoints mainly included Guangyuan,Sanyinjiao,Zigong,Zhongji,Zusanli and so on.According to analyzing association rules,the most common acupuncture compatibility were Sanyinjiao?Guangyuan,Sanyinjiao?Zigong,Sanyinjiao ?Zhongji,Sanyinjiao?Zusanli,and the relationship among these 5 acupoints.The principle of the acupuncture and moxibustion prescription was tonifyingg the kidney Yang and regulating qi-flowing for strengthening spleen,and benefiting Yang and Qi.Yin channel,especially Ren channel was often used in the treatment.It mainly used the distal-proximal acupoint combination,and attach great importance to the use of front-mu points and back-shu points.3.By this research,we can draw a conclusion,that the main acupoints on the Acupuncture and moxibustion Treatment of Ovulatory Disorder Infertility are Guangyuan,Sanyinjiao,Zigong,Zhongji,Zusanli.
